3. User Accounts and Registration
To use our services, you must:

- • Be authorized to bind your company to these terms
- • Promptly update account information when changes occur
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our services for:

- • Impersonation or misrepresentation of identity
- • Interference with service operations or security
- • Reverse engineering or unauthorized access attempts
- • Violating telemarketing regulations (TCPA, Do Not Call)
- • Transmitting malware or malicious code
5. Service Availability and Performance
While we strive for high availability, we cannot guarantee:
- • 100% uptime or uninterrupted service
- • Specific response times for all interactions
- • Compatibility with all third-party services
- • Error-free operation in all circumstances
We provide service level targets and will make commercially reasonable efforts to meet them.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms for InstantCallAI Voice AI services:
- • Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
- • Usage-based charges are billed monthly in arrears
- • Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
- • Late payments may result in service suspension
- • Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
- • Prices may change with 30 days advance notice

10. Indemnification

- • Your customer data or business practices

11. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement:

- • Immediately for material breach of terms
- • Immediately for non-payment after notice period
- • Upon insolvency or bankruptcy of either party
Upon termination, you will lose access to services and data may be deleted according to our retention policy.
